BACK ON TRACK
All that exercise had the desired effect and I lost 1.7. After looking at my stats I realise that for the last 6 weeks I have gone up and down. I am determined not to go back up so I have made myself some short term goals.
1. Lose 1.4 put on last week (over 3 weeks really)
ACHIEVED
2. Lose 1.3 to get me under 80.0 (will be lowest weight in 2 1/2 years)
3. Lose something for each week for the next month
(at which stage I am going away for a week)
4. Get down to 75 kg
To get to these goals I need to;
1. Track my food every day
2. Drink 1 litre water a day (something I never do)
3. Exercise 5 out of 7 days each week
4. Keep attending running sessions at least once a week.
SO here goes.. can I get to the second goal in one week or two or three??? It's up to me.
ONLY I CAN DO IT!
Thanks to everyone for their lovely posts. I now feel like blogging is worth it because it makes me feel so positive when I open my blog and someone has left a nice comment. I am also enjoying reading lots of others and it reinforces that I am not alone and that many other people go up and down.
