WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING to put an end to this downhill path I have been travelling on. Put on 1.5. I did deserve this. I haven't even exercised for 2 days!! SO now I am going to try to eat 20 points a day, and take lots of lovely long walks through the countryside. Enjoying all the freash air should help get my head back into the right place. Have a great weekend everybody. I will miss you but hopefully when I return I will be the motivated Michelle again.
