EXERCISE ON MASS

Last night my Dh, my two DS and one of the GF went to our first boxing circuit class. It was 60 minutes of absolute torture and we all loved it. We are going to try to go together every week. My DH who has always thought exercise was a dirty word loved it as well and I really hope this new commitment to exercise continues because I know it will make him happier and healthier. My eldest DS is very overweight and this has been worrying us both so we were thrilled to see him enjoying it. My youngest DS is slim so no worries there but needs to do more exercise and not just work or play XBX for recreation. Unfortunately his knuckles became bruised and bleeding very quickly. Comes from being a softie and working on computers all the time. We had lots of laughs and a great time together. For me of course this was the main value of the evening session. My sons GF joined up and is going to a fitball class with me tonight.
So I am back on the exercise wagon. This week I made my step total every day of 15000 steps and attended the following sessions;
MON: Kickboxing, 20 min carb burning DVD
TUE: Gym weight training and 35 min run/walk
WED: 30 min Walk, 20 min Carb burning DVD
THU: Gym weight training and 35 min run/walk
FRI: Weight training, 10 min trampoline, water volleyball
SAT: Kickboxing
SUN: 60 min walk, water volleyball
I made my first challenge of fitting into the dress on Sat night and I am feeling much fitter, though very tired. Luckily it is the school holidays and I work flexible hours in holidays so that I can spend time with Ebony, going to the tennis etc. If I can continue healthy eating when not sticking to a routine I will be very pleased with myself.
